We're considering upgrading to a high-capacity Reverse Osmosis machine

to triple our production capacity to 1,000 litres per hour. Amanzi De Leau (Pty) Ltd operates with a state-of-the-art equipment setup

designed to deliver premium, purified water efficiently and sustainably. Our

production facility is uniquely situated on premises owned by the director,

eliminating rental costs and allowing us to focus our resources on cutting-edge

technology and eco-friendly solutions. The heart of our operation is an 18 square

meter Wendy's house, housing our semi-automated equipment that ensures the

highest quality water bottling process.

Our water sourcing begins with a 50-meter-deep borehole in the heart of

Ekurhuleni. This underground source, characterised by its sandy soil structure,

acts as a natural purifier, providing clean, drinkable water. In December 2024,

we enhanced our sustainability efforts by installing a solar pump to reduce

electricity costs. The harvested water is initially stored in a 5000-litre pre-purification storage tank equipped with a submersion UV light, marking the first

stage of our comprehensive purification process. 

The purification and bottling process utilises a series of advanced equipment:

• Three-stage water softening tanks: These work harmoniously to remove

excess minerals, particularly calcium and magnesium, resulting in softer,

more palatable water.

• Salt bin for the softening process: This component supplies the salt for

the ion exchange in our water softeners, ensuring optimal performance.

• Reverse osmosis machine: This sophisticated filtration system removes up

to 99% of dissolved contaminants, producing water of the highest purity.

• 2500-litre storage tank: This large-capacity tank safely stores our purified

water, maintaining its pristine quality until bottling.

• Booster pressure pump: This pump ensures efficient water transfer

throughout our system, maintaining consistent pressure for optimal

performance.

• UV light system: As a final safeguard, this system provides additional

sterilisation, eliminating any remaining microorganisms and ensuring the

water's microbiological safety.

• Pistol filler: Powered by a 100-litre air compressor, this precision

instrument allows for accurate and hygienic bottling, minimising waste

and maintaining quality.
